I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Emser tile and their staff. Everybody was fantastic and very helpful however, Lori Fisher was outstanding. I was a total novice and had no idea about tiles or anything else, and I was trying to renovate three different bathrooms at the same time. It was a herculean feat and I didnt know where to start. spent a lot on a very specific tile. had massive water damage. they searched their records and not only found my receipt, but tried to track down the tile that had been discontinued amazing customer service. will only shop here forever. thank you guys
