I was hired as a tech in workmarket via CSA Solutions to complete a work order for EMSAR. The order misstated crucial information giving them the ability to underpay for the time onsite. Their tech support is unprofessional and so are their employers. Any company that does work with CSA Solutions must be low hanging fruit.
This place is a joke. You are lied too from day 1. My boss said he cared about his people and their family. I was a temp that never missed work, gave my all and went above and beyond. Was given special projects as a temp as well. They kept saying after my first 2 weeks I was picking up on the job quickly and was looking forward to hiring me directly. Worked for EMSAR and the company is very mismanaged and disorganized. I was a tech for the company and they would send me out on assignments with little knowledge of what needed to be done or any pertinent information. Also had a supervisor that asked me if I had any prescriptions they could get to help them sleep. I found that really unprofessional. They run the techs ragged as the turnover rate is 25% for techs. Wouldn’t recommend trying to make a career with this company.
