EMSAR stole about $2500.00 from our company, they were supposed to maintenance and repair our casket trucks. Not only did they flat out not do it, they admitted to it over the phone saying the rep "ran out of time". This was after arriving 3 hours late. Then proceeded to try and invoice me to pay for travel expenses a second time, for the rep to come back and do the work we already paid for. Then the company proceeded to ghost us. Considered legal action, but eventually just took it on the chin.
I was hired as a tech in workmarket via CSA Solutions to complete a work order for EMSAR. The order misstated crucial information giving them the ability to underpay for the time onsite. Their tech support is unprofessional and so are their employers. Any company that does work with CSA Solutions must be low hanging fruit.
This place is a joke. You are lied too from day 1. My boss said he cared about his people and their family. I was a temp that never missed work, gave my all and went above and beyond. Was given special projects as a temp as well. They kept saying after my first 2 weeks I was picking up on the job quickly and was looking forward to hiring me directly.
