My bus failed outside of Sanders, MT. I used my tow insurance, and they contacted EMS. Not only was the tow professional, but they also performed diesel work. Both the staff at EMS and I thought they resolved the issues. Unfortunately, I was able to get 1.5 hours down the road, and my bus failed again. Since EMS did the work, I reached back out. They sent another tow vehicle, attempted to fix the issue, but ultimately, they had to tow me back to the shop. The second time is a charm. We had a slight disagreement with who was ... read more

Yes this company is all about shaking down customers and taking advantage of you when you are most vulnerable, during an unexpected emergency time of need. Really sad business practice not having any ethics or morals. Notice majority of the positive reviews are from locals with whom they want to maintain regular business so they treat them descent.
