Know nothing about cars worst place in southern West Virginia they lie about everything I replaced everything in the front end of my car and went to get an alignment they tried to tell me the tierods were the wrong ones and that that had to keep the car luckily they did not charge me anything yet so I took it elsewhere it is now aligned perfectly
These guys do good work pressing bearings and installing transmissions, but I had a problem with their exhaust work (rattled) and their AC diagnostics (misdiagnosed problem).

So far everything has been great dealing with them. I was really surprised when I got my quote because I'd thought it would have been a lot higher. Plus I keep getting told that you have to take a Volkswagen to a Volkswagen dealership to get any maintenance done but it seems EMS Tire Pros know how to work on them.
