Horribly run service, horrible management, work environment plagued with nepotism. Service wise, slow, never responds in a reasonable time unless you live in waynesburg, they have only 2 stations in all of greene county and one is on the border of fayette, the other is in waynesburg, meaming if you live near the border to ohio or west virginia you can expect to wait up to 30-45 minutes for an ambulance, bleeding out or overdosing or in cardiac arrest? thats a death sentence, and the owner of ems southwest Robert Donard nor t... read more

EMS SOUTHWEST, Arrived early this morning. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. Was in great hands getting me to hospital. I can't thank them enough for what they do. I very much appreciate what they did for me.

Robert Bowman is the Chief for EMS Southwest and by god, he is sinking the company into the ground, intentionally sending out most units to do transfers whilst not fulfilling their 911 response obligations, leaving many sick and injured folk left waiting over 30 minutes to an hour for care or treatment, and there are recorded deaths on record as a result of this, it is a genuine shame what the people of greene county have to deal with, my heart goes out to all of you, wish you all the best and a very merry, get a better chie... read more
