I used EMS restoration for water damage restoration. Steven Thies is amazing. As a project manager, Steven recommended and used the most skilled team in my home. Steven went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible and help us through an otherwise very stressful situation from the damage. Under his guidance our home is beautiful and exceeded expectations.

Wow! There are no other words. I was out of town when I had a leak in my home. I felt safe, just asking them to come into my home and take care of it even though I couldn’t be there. They treated everything so carefully as though I was personally standing there with them. It felt like they were advocating on my behalf and looking out for me the entire way through.
