The review from SEB P is fake. Just look up S.E.B Protection Service in Fort Lauderdale on google. A google search of the phone number for S.E.B. Protection Service brings up that the owner of the number is the same number as the owner of EMS Protective group. No one in their right mind would review this company 5 stars. You have been warned. Do not accept being a 1099 worker and make sure you check your paystubs for accuracy. Hours will be missing almost every week.
They provide services for my business due to a break in excellent service and and great employee I will recommend EMS to anyone.
I currently work for EMS Protective group and want to warn everyone about the illegal and unethical practices that they are doing. First of all, this company WILL try to hire you as a 1099 independent contractor despite the fact that security guards can almost NEVER be an independent contractor. You DO NOT want to be a 1099 independent contractor. You are liable for all tax repercussions, will not get any overtime, and no sort of help if you are injured on the job among other things.
