I have a very busy work schedule and honestly struggle to make time for the gym, so I feel really lucky to have found Anna. Training with her has been such a game changer for me. First of all, what is EMS?? It’s a low impact workout that focuses on weight training but also allows you to experience a level of high-intensity thanks to the technology. My husband and I love EMS. We started seeing Anna a few months after our son was born. We use to workout all the time, but with our new busy schedule we just don’t have the time to gym 3 times a week for an hour each time. EMS with Anna was a better fit for us since it’s only 20 mins and it has kept us in shape for the past year.
