The service here was very poor. I had an appointment, but I still had to wait for 30 minutes. The technician seemed rushed and was quite rude when I asked to fix a smudge. It felt like they just wanted to get me out of the door as quickly as possible. Very unpleasant experience extremely disappointed with the quality of my manicure. First time getting my nails done here and they absolutely nailed it! I got a dark plum wine gel manicure with extensions and it turned out gorgeous. The salon is clean, the staff is kind, and the prices are fair. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back!
Em’s is so good! Their techs are always efficient and precise, I have never once walked away unhappy. Not only that, but their space is calm and quiet, perfect for winding down after a long day for a little self care
Not me but a friend of mine was in here about 3ish weeks ago got a full set done - beautiful nails - she bragged that it was her favorite set..fast forward 3 weeks and 3 of her nails broke off and she was hospitalized because of how sick she was. She has a fungal infection i will be posting photos of it. She contacted ems nail bar and simply asked for a refund and had evidence of how her hands looked however they initially did not want to refund her the full amount of 135$ only a partial refund of 50$. Tibby responded that same night and fit me in the very next day — and I’m SO grateful she did!
