Thought they did a great job, were real sweet...although at the end of the service she wouldn't let me pay by card even though I saw other people pay by card and kept pointing me to the ATM machine. Didn't really appreciate it. Kinda weird.
Update: New spring nails and I can’t stop looking at my hands ❤️ I have been going to Em’s for a while now and always love the experience I have there! Everyone is friendly, welcoming and they make me feel pampered. Also, I just got my absolute favorite design from them ever and am obsessed with my nails 🤩 Highly recommend Em’s!!
The service here was very poor. I had an appointment, but I still had to wait for 30 minutes. The technician seemed rushed and was quite rude when I asked to fix a smudge. It felt like they just wanted to get me out of the door as quickly as possible. Very unpleasant experience extremely disappointed with the quality of my manicure. The polish was applied unevenly, and the shaping is completely crooked. Within just two days, the gel started lifting and chipping. First time getting my nails done here and they absolutely nailed it! I got a dark plum wine gel manicure with extensions and it turned out gorgeous. The salon is clean, the staff is kind, and the prices are fair. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back!
