Great way to keep mum protected. Happy with service provided. The monitoring is the best part. Someone there to answer the call if there's an emergency.

Quite disappointed with the customer service of this product. The product itself was fine however the after sales support and customer service very disappointing. After my elderly mother was "convinced" to purchase this, she only had it for a month or so before needing to go into aged care. We contacted the company several times to try and work out if there was a way we could return and refund the product but after several phone calls and many emails they were just not interested and suggested we sell the product privately.

I would just like to thank EMS for their excellent service. This medical device has saved my fathers life multiple times. The device is so easy to use for someone that doesn't have a fantastic memory. Just a push of the SOS button and he had help straight away from a lovely lady, I'm not sure of her name, who organised an ambulance for him. She then phoned me and informed me of what happened, and that she had called an ambulance for my dad. I was then able to communicate with my dad by phoning into his medical device and sta... read more
