I wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone!!! First American Home Warranty sent them out to my home because my unit was dripping through my vent to the downstairs. Apparently the young guy that was sent out didn't know his job because the problem was was still there. I called First American and EMS abd had to wait several days after laving messages. I now have a ceiling that is ruined because of poor service.
Terrible service, might as well ask a child to fix your A/C, you have a better chance with them than this TERRIBLE company
They have come out 8 times to repair the A/C under a home warranty and broke the king valve assembly. Two months with no fix and just made it worse
If this company is assigned to you through your home warranty company...I pity you. I have never experienced such incompetent, unprofessional service in my life. They sent a technician to my mother-in-law's home, and he arrived in an unmarked pickup truck with practically no tools. He went up in the attic and promptly told me that he had stuck his finger into the condensation drain line and felt a little slime, so she probably needed the line drained.
