Where’s the zero star button. One of the most unprofessional experiences services I’ve had in my home. Tech came out and refused to address what was on the work order. Said he didn’t work for first American (even though he represented them) and when i asked to see the work order to try and understand the confusion he told me “I ain’t showing you nothing lady”. (After waiting a week to get our HVAC unit issues resolved). He addresses nothing and it’s actually scary someone so disgruntled was in my home.

The first repairman who came out was only here for maybe 10-15 minutes. There’s no way in that amount of time could he have checked my A/C system. Once he came down from the attic he stated that I will need an entire new system and my home warranty will give me problems with replacing my system. Then two days later I receive a text that a repairman will be here the following day which Tuesday. EMS Heating & Air Conditioning Company is the worst company when it comes to residential HVAC work. Zero Quality in work, customer service repore is not good at all. EMS Air Conditioning & Heating was assigned to me by First American Home Warranty Company for AC repair work. From mid February 2025 to the first of April 2025 they have done a messy job on my upstairs AC Unit. Zero stars! Emilio who worked for this company was very nice. However, he broke our attic stairs and the company was supposed to replace them. When I finally spoke to him, he said the company closed the doors and let everyone go. They have completely ghosted me and have not followed through. We used this business for our maintenance because my mom used them for 5 years and they always did a good job. This is unacceptable and is being resorted to the BBB. Apparently, this company doesn’t even exist anymore.
