Zero stars! Emilio who worked for this company was very nice. However, he broke our attic stairs and the company was supposed to replace them. When I finally spoke to him, he said the company closed the doors and let everyone go. They have completely ghosted me and have not followed through. We used this business for our maintenance because my mom used them for 5 years and they always did a good job. This is unacceptable and is being resorted to the BBB. Apparently, this company doesn’t even exist anymore.
I don’t know what their problem is but we had an appointment they canceled it and they rescheduled one for another day never came never called won’t answer our calls hung up on me when I told her who I was. I would not ever use a company that does a customer like this.
The techs were knowledgeable and courteous and I think got a honest opinion ! Waiting for estimates and also paid the technician for the service call
Excellent service, communication, everytime! Definitely would recommend and use them again!
