They installed an air handler incorrectly causing severe water to my ceiling and they refused to pay for the damages. Please stay away from this company!
Our AC has not worked for 11 Weeks at 108 outside. This company comes back and says oh the part is broken we will be back and never shows up. The. the come back a week later with another excuse. I have NEVER been more disgusted with the lack of regard for our well being. Still not fixed at week 12 now. I would never use this company except the crappy warranty company is requiring it. I wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone!!! First American Home Warranty sent them out to my home because my unit was dripping through my vent to the downstairs. Apparently the young guy that was sent out didn't know his job because the problem was was still there. I called First American and EMS abd had to wait several days after laving messages. I now have a ceiling that is ruined because of poor service.
Terrible service, might as well ask a child to fix your A/C, you have a better chance with them than this TERRIBLE company
They have come out 8 times to repair the A/C under a home warranty and broke the king valve assembly. Two months with no fix and just made it worse
