I contacted them ahead of a sale asking a question, but didn't get a reply until after the sale had already ended. When I expressed my frustration, I was told to 'lose the attitude or shop somewhere else' instead of any attempt to make it right. Disappointing service and zero accountability. Would not recommend at all!
Great response time and help from the team, have used them twice now and have always had parts available which were not otherwise in country!
