I have used EMS for about 10 years and the service until today had been great. I have called Steve personally over the years and spoke to him about problems with my vehicles. Today, I spoke with Steve's wife and she is about the nastiest person I have over spoken with and I have done escalated customer service at major corporations. I asked her a simple question , "Do you charge partial hour rates or not?". I was charged $90.00 for labor to put in a battery. I asked did it take her guys 1hr to put in a battery.
