Everything that could be bad about this company is. They are unprofessional, they lie and they don’t care that they do. Worst experience I have EVER had with any company period. Save yourself the headache. I fired my home warranty because they do business with a company like this. Don’t want to be associated with any company that employs a company with a one star google rating. I simply can’t say enough bad things about them. 9 days in triple degree heat with no AC.

Kenney the guy over the technician department hung up on us because we asked for details of the charge we are paying. They are charging us over $1300.00 and not allowing us to know why ?! We have been without A/C for 2 weeks now . This is TEXAS…!!!
