Completely incompetent. I've reached out to them multiple times regarding persistent issues at apartment, and they either don't respond, or say they'll do something about it and never do. For instance, the lock on the front door has been broken for almost the last two months -- which is a CLEAR safety issue -- and no one has addressed it yet.
