I rented my first apartment thru EMRY they were very helpful and ready to respond to any questions I had. When I requested maintenance they respond quick and guide you thru the protocol of requests.

I have had an ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE with this management company. From start to finish. The agent Ari Baptista had helped me every step of the way. Communication was great and any of my questions have been answered. Their definitely a step above the rest!! Thank you Ari for being so amazing and helpful in my moving process. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EMRY PROPERTY SOLUTIONS. I reached out to Ari, for a property that was available for rent. Back house with a large backyard. I went to the showing. Self tour. No one shows up to tour with you. That seem odd,but I was interested in the property. I got the code for the padlock with the units keys. After, I finish my tour,I called to ask a couple questions. He followed up and kept me in the loop all while providing excellent customer service.
