Austin did a fantastic job! He always kept us updated on the progress of our house. He sent us pictures of the work being done and anything that needed more attention. Rafael, Caden, Isidro and Raul were awesome! They worked early in the morning until late at night everyday trying to get our house completed by the end of the week. I had a plumbing leak in the kitchen and started with a different company for water extraction and repairs. I was not happy with them and contacted EMRG. Chris has been a fabulous project manager in getting the house back to normal and in dealing with the insurance company. His crews were always on time, worked diligently, neatly and always provided excellent finished work. I am extremely happy with the outcome. "Heaven forbid" I have another catastrophe, but if I do, I will call EMRG and request Chris again. thank you !

I can't say enough good things about the restoration services team at EMRG. I recently had water damage in my home. One call and they quickly responded, on site in no time! They got straight to work. From the beginning, they were honest, committed, and professional. Their communication was clear throughout the entire process, and they followed through on everything they said they would do. Austin did a great job responding in a timely manner. Our issue was late in the evening on a Friday. Austin came to our house, close to midnight, to assess the damages and install fans. He was back early on Saturday for a more thorough install. Then, their team did the repair work very well, including cleaning up after themselves.
