The business I work for uses EMR to service our elevators. They gave us the runaround for 3 days, after telling us that they'd be out here, we called them again due to the massive delay in service and the tech was surprised that no one had come out to service because it was marked completed in their system. This contradicts what the two other agents we spoke to the previous days said. They kept saying "Oh we're just swamped with calls , we'll be out there tomorrow." For multiple days in a row. Horrible service.
