Here at Empyrea, everybody is so kind and supportive. There are many planned events throughout the year that bring the team together such as running 5Ks and an annual BBQ! The workouts are a variety of 8 different strength or cardio movements that incorporate the full body. I love the intentional rolling exercises, warm ups, and post workout stretches that we do in every class.
