Two dudes in an EMPS company truck drifted into my lane -no signal, didn't look- today and almost smashed into my car. I honked to warn them I was there and they just laughed and honked their horn at me as I drove past them. Even before this, I witnessed them unable to stay in their lane going down Clement. Extremely dangerous driving - my passenger made the comment that maybe they were under the influence.
