Have banked at Emprise since the 70's. Love the bank and the friendliness. They are the easiest bank to do business with and the most knowledgeable for my needs.
By far the worst bank ive ever dealt with very unprofessional save yourself the headache and go somewhere else
Refused to let me open a savings account with them because I explained how I needed to cash some savings bonds and they told me I need an account to do that. So they told me I needed an account then refused to open one? Very poor customer service and honestly very rude.
Miesha is just the best to work with. She is kind, fun spirited and overall a great interaction everytime I come in. Thank you Miesha!
