Empress Rentals was great to work with from start to finish. Devin was always quick to respond and answered any questions we had throughout the planning process. They provided our arch, seating chart, pillows, couch, coffee table, reception chairs, PA system, plate chargers, goblets, and silverware. Everything we rented was already at the venue when we arrived, and pickup afterward went smoothly without any issues. Empress Tents and Events was very flexible with our timeline and wedding layout. Their communication was fast and timely and they made every effort to make our wedding perfect. They helped us design our wedding layout, plan the perfect set up and everything from set up and tear down ran flawlessly.
Empress Tents does not honor the terms of the signed contracts. I will never work with them again for any reason.
