Empress Rentals was great to work with from start to finish. Devin was always quick to respond and answered any questions we had throughout the planning process. They provided our arch, seating chart, pillows, couch, coffee table, reception chairs, PA system, plate chargers, goblets, and silverware. Empress Tents and Events was very flexible with our timeline and wedding layout. Their communication was fast and timely and they made every effort to make our wedding perfect. They helped us design our wedding layout, plan the perfect set up and everything from set up and tear down ran flawlessly.
Empress Tents does not honor the terms of the signed contracts. I will never work with them again for any reason.
Devin was amazing. He worked with us from the beginning and helped us navigate the sometimes unpredictable weather. He allowed us to hold tents up until the last minute and did not charge anything extra. Their furniture is awesome, too! There was some confusion upon pickup but Devin quickly clarified things and smoothed it over. Highly recommend.
We used Empress for our rentals needs for our daughter’s wedding at Paddle Ridge in West Glacier. They were awesome!! So easy to work with and accommodated all of needs from tables to chairs to table settings to sun umbrellas (at the last minute when we knew it was going to be a hot day!) and everything in between.
