I recently transitioned from relaxed hair to natural hair. I received my first natural blowout from Natalie. She explained the process step by step and she even recommended products that I can use at home. She provided a fun, clean, and most importantly private atmosphere. Such an experience each time my daughter and I visit Empress Mi! Ms. Natalie is always extremely professional and very knowledgeable about hair care. My hair is at its healthiest; and my daughter’s braids are always neat and long lasting. Refreshments and music are always a nice touch too.
Natalie was awesome. We were here on a visit and she accommodated our schedule. My 17 year old son wanted dreads/twist and we could could not find a place at home. Natalie the owner was super professional and explained what she was doing the whole time. She explained how to care for his hair afterwards. She got me a cup of coffee while I waited I would highly recommend Empress!
This is the best wax I've ever gotten. Natalie took me as a walk-in at the last minute when another salon owner in the building was a no-show for our appointment. She made me coffee and was a total delight to chat with. I will definitely be back.
Such a great experience here getting my hair braided by Tweet. This is a very clean and welcoming suite. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a braider who cares about the quality of their work!
