*Please read update. Empress carries a line of superior hot tubs that won't disappoint. Jacqueline is a straight shooter and knowledgeable. That's a good thing in an industry that is unregulated. Refreshing not to have to deal with the marketing gimmicks, smoke and mirrors. DO NOT go to World of Spas whatever you do. We had a leaking hot tub that needed repair, and Empress Hot Tubs & Swim Spas made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. I usually don’t leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel obligated to warn other hot tub owners. I hired this company to replace my hot tub lid and clean the tub. The new lid, supposedly custom-fit, has a large gap in the back—big enough for wasps to build a nest in my tub. During the cleaning visit, the technician spent five minutes on-site, said the water line was frozen, and asked me to fill it myself later and add a solution. That’s what I paid $300 for? Hope you never need warranty on your spa because they’ll ignore your emails for months on end - after misdiagnosing the issue and leaving the side of our hot tub removed for months….. Hot tubs still broken, since AUGUST……

Had a great experience buying a hot tub from Jacqueline this week. Price was fair and service was great. Jacqueline connected me with a great electrician , which saved me $1200 comparing what I managed to find on my own, she organized delivery and set up, even sent a person to my house to explain me how everything works. Water is still heating up , but with hot weather I am already sitting in it with a drink in my hand and very happy with my purchase .
