Unfortunately, I have decided to write a negative review after receiving no response from the owner, Jacqueline, regarding the delivery of my hot tub, which resulted in damage to both the tub and my home. I prepaid for delivery, and at the owner’s request I sent her a video showing the entire route the hot tub would take from the curb to the deck. WHY DO I KEEP SEEING RECENT REVIEWS?? I sent a marketing invoice for 1300.00 to Jacqueline for a month and a half worth the work 4 months ago and she said she "DISOLVED" her hot tub company and said she wouldn't pay the bill. Is this place still in business? I see all the social profiles i built her still up and running and her website still running. Complete joke of a company Read the bad reviews as soon as they have your money Jacquline will ignore you and when it comes to service there is none Tried to book in a repair and it was a joke … zero communication and when she did it was last min literally… when pointed out the excuse was it’s a busy time of year trying to squeeze in as many spots as we can … cash grab vs customer service… no excuse for poor communication … find someone else before having your time wasted with these people
*Please read update. Empress carries a line of superior hot tubs that won't disappoint. Jacqueline is a straight shooter and knowledgeable. That's a good thing in an industry that is unregulated. Refreshing not to have to deal with the marketing gimmicks, smoke and mirrors. DO NOT go to World of Spas whatever you do. Don't even get me started on the snake that runs that place (the owner there pays people to submit positive reviews, and buries old ones.)
