Extremely disappointed with the lack of hygiene at Empress Dental. I observed that the instruments were not properly sterilized, which resulted in a severe post-treatment infection and high fever. I had to seek emergency care elsewhere to fix the damage. For a medical facility in Flushing, this level of negligence is unacceptable I do not recommend this place if you value your health

Just had my wisdom teeth removed at their new location and the doctor was very responsive and communication was perfect. Did a great job and I felt no pain throughout the procedure.
