Extremely disappointed with the lack of hygiene at Empress Dental. I observed that the instruments were not properly sterilized, which resulted in a severe post-treatment infection and high fever. I had to seek emergency care elsewhere to fix the damage. For a medical facility in Flushing, this level of negligence is unacceptable I do not recommend this place if you value your health

Just had my wisdom teeth removed at their new location and the doctor was very responsive and communication was perfect. Did a great job and I felt no pain throughout the procedure. If you’re someone who’s very scared or nervous about dentist, this place will change your opinion. They are very patient and really care about the comfort of the patient.
