Asked for pineapple wave hair while in the store and the owner placed an order for me since they didn't have it on hand. I overheard the clerk say deep wave when telling the owner what I wanted and corrected this, heard the owner say I could have pineapple wave and watched the clerk write pineapple wave on a piece of paper. When I received a confirmation email stating the hair was deep wave, I immediately emailed letting her know and asking to correct the issue. They are a scam trying to sell bags on a free up but then want you to pay in a different way. Don’t trust them!
