I had a fantastic experience at Empress Beauty in La Mirada with Beatrice. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable because the salon has secure, private rooms, so only clients and staff can enter. I have what I like to call “sensitive-scalp hair,” so I’m picky about who shampoos me. Beatrice’s gentle hair-washing technique on the bed setup was incredibly relaxing! I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received at your salon recently. Beatris did an amazing job with my blowout, and my daughter's braids turned out beautifully as well. It was a wonderful experience to have our hair styled before our vacation. I highly recommend Beatris for any future blowouts or braids. Her attention to detail and skillful technique truly impressed me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first blowout ever, and I’m so happy and impressed with the experience! I have long, thick hair that usually refuses to hold a curl, but not this time , it lasted beautifully all day and looked amazing. The shampooing was relaxing, like a mini spa treatment. I had truly THE BEST hair blowout experience at Empress Beauty! I have gone to many places for a blowout and none compared to how incredible of an experience this was. Beatrice is so talented and uses very high quality products the shampoo / conditioner smelled amazing. From start to finish my blowout was completed in less than an hour and I have a ton of hair that is naturally wavy / frizzy. She not only had my hair blown out but also curled it.
