My sister has been at “North Bay Post Acute” for over 3 yrs now. I see her 1x week and feel confident that she’s in good hands. Great staff that keep me in the loop regarding her treatment and physical condition. I recommend this facility to those seeking rehabilitative or long term care for an individual. Harvey

The moment we walked in the staff was so welcoming and helpful. You can tell that there is true compassion coming from The Team taking care of my step-dad. They have continually checked in to make sure we are all on the same page and that his needs are being addressed. I feel supported by the staff while I am there visiting, and they all welcome me with a smile. The staff I haven’t met , introduce themselves and I appreciate that. The care seems more attentive and from the heart for sure

I deeply appreciate the commitment and care shown by the staff who interact daily and directly with residents and their families. Their professionalism and compassion are evident and have a meaningful impact. I hope leadership continues to support and empower this team. I do implore this facility to make landline phones available in each room: for the residents who don't have a cell phone or don't have the mental capacity, like the elderly, to use one.

I've been a current resident here at North bay Acute for a while now, and I think it's great. The physical therapy team is so enthusiast about getting stronger and having a good time simultaneously. They asked me what my goal were while staying here would be, and since I've been in a wheelchair for 4 years, I told them I'd love to walk again. Today I walked from the gym to my room ( with a walker ) but nonetheless, I was out of my wheelchair and feeling so surprisingly self accomplished. The food is based on a well balanced ... read more

ATTENTION: My grandma fell off of her bed here and broke her pelvis and has been the ICU for two months now because of the negligence of this facility. My grandma called me when it happened and they did not get her off the floor until I SHOWED UP! DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU KNOW TO THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT AND IT WILL COST THEIR LIFE!
