Would absolutely recommend Empowerment Psychology. Felt understood and supported. Staff are friendly.
I visited during a difficult time, hoping for support, but the experience was disappointing. I often felt like she was not interested, with some responses to my concerns feeling dismissive. There were also uncomfortable comments about money. Overall, I left feeling more isolated than supported.
Would not recommend. I had relocated and needed a new therapist. She was belittling and insensitive to my concerns. Didn’t help me at all, if anything I felt worse after her services. I feel she is only after the money and not actually wanting to help people unfortunately.
Reached out during a mental crisis to enquire about seeing a psychologist at the clinic (through email). It took everything I had in me to send that email. They never responded and now I feel so discouraged. Why even see a psychologist if they don't care
