I came to Deb's hypnotherapy sessions not really knowing what to expect. I needed to find a way to lower my anxiety levels and change my way of thinking. She always asks the right questions and gathers the information to create very meaningful hypnosis sessions. It is wonderful that she sends, at the end of each session, the guide hypnotherapy session to play at home. I highly recommend Deb.

I had a terrible time public speaking. I would panic and it was noticeable. Deb literally changed my life. I’m confident and calm. She records your sessions and you can listen to them whenever you want. She has other tools too. It helps too if you follow thru and do these things at home. I cannot thank Deb enough! Highly recommend!!!

Deb offers simple and straightforward advice in a relaxed atmosphere. She doesn't perform miracles so you still have to do the work, but you walk away with some excellent tools to manage your challenge.

First time for Reiki. I have, from what the doctors have said, all the symptoms of fibro. Went in skeptical and with an open mind. It has been 4 days since my session and I am still feeling good. I have some unexplained swelling on my ankles which went down noticeably by that evening. I actually felt...taller? Excellent, highly reccomended.
