End of last year I would have given this place 5 stars. Staff is kind and Ms. Joy has been a pleasure to work with. Fast forward to approximately May or June this year. When you call now it's always an answering service who claims to leave messages for callbacks but you never get one. My counselor asked I reach out to her since they no longer have someone who does the scheduling in office. I have been reaching out to the Manager/Owner regarding a $300 payment that should have gone thru insurance and she refuses to handle the matter. Keeps responding she will look into it. Everytime I call the office they state she is gone for the day or does not work that day. This is an ongoing issue since JUNE of 2020. My therapist is phenomenal however the front office staff is lacking in a major way.
