Tara came highly recommended as a very experienced doula and was exceptional. Tara is calm and caring, and not only guided and supported me during our daughters birth (vbac) but also in the months pre and post birth.

I did an online women's business course with Tara this year. I love the way Tara works! The daily sessions in this particular course were short, purposeful & so effective. I got a feeling of complete trust in Tara because it's clear very quickly how much she really understands women at every level. I didn't feel pushed to step outside of myself but to step IN - more & more. Tara's support & knowledge is the perfect combo of practical, emotional,e aware, leading, listening & guidance. Would definitely seek her services again.

Oh my goodness my experience with Tara and other women who have connected with her through Empowering Motherhood has steered me out of possibly the most challenging time of my life, change the narrative on my own story, and be the type of mum I had always hoped to be. This yoga studio is something else. I started in the prenatal classes, then moved into the mum's and bubs classes, then started going to the women's Moon yoga on my own, now I go twice a week and to the mini retreat every month. This studio has really been huge in my life, for my own health and happiness and in linking in with a tribe of powerful women and families.
