Beth at Empowering Hands is amazing! I recently had a facial to help treat the redness in my skin, which was something Beth suggested after my last facial. I really appreciate that she starts each appointment by asking about my goals and what I’m hoping to work on. Just had the MOST AMAZING deep tissue with Camilla. She is so strong and relieved weeks of my shoulder tension. 💯 recommend!! Laura is also fantastic - she has a more gentle touch but paired with cupping it was great!
Top-notch massage studio in all ways. I heard more happy laughing and chattering coming from the reception area, but I can't say it bothered me exactly. But possibly I will next time ask for the music to be turned up. Jakes is very attuned to the specific issues I bring to the table, skilled at explaining his work when asked, and excellent at advising me on home care (exercises and trigger-point work) that will help.
This is the best place to go in Santa Cruz County for spa services. The massage and facial services are top-notch! No other place comes close. I highly recommend it!
