I had my first facial with Sheila at Empowering Hands where I have had amazing messages. It is fabulous that she has been added to all they offer. Her facial was lovely; heavenly lotions with truly wonderful scents. Sheila is soft spoken, caring and gentle, but very effective.

Jake asked a lot of questions to determine my specific needs and was an attentive and compassionate listerner. Then he applied his extensive knowledge and hands-on skills in a massage that was tailored to what he had learned. I had arrived in pain and 85 minutes later, I walked out pain-free. Jake also gave me a list of self-care activities for preserving and continuing my progress until my next visit. I highly recommend Jake. I felt greatly cared for.
Empowering hands is such a calm and relaxing office. I love it there, Camilla is amazing & knowledgeable with your body, she helps to relief your aches and pains.
I love Empowering Hands! Jake and Laura are my two go-tos! They both provide such incredible, warm, professional, and effective services!
