Jaimie is a miracle worker. She was able to almost immediately resolve a lingering lower back/hip issue that a previous PT had spent months attempting to figure out. She is one of those truly special practitioners who just innately understands the human body and how to get everything back in working order. On top of that- she is wildly funny and so enjoyable to be around. She is worth her weight in gold, I can't recommend her more.
Jamie got me through a torn acl. She rehabbed my knee and got me back to sports.
I have had chronic back pain for almost 5 years and going to Jamie has really helped me get back to being able to do things without pain! She has also decreased my pain! She has also pushed me farther than I could every push myself.
Empowering Athletes have helped me with my flexibility and strength tremendously.
Jaimie is very cool and she made me more flexible so I’m less inclined to get injured.
