Jamie has helped me so much in the many injuries that I have had. I’ve been able to quickly recover from so many injuries and continue training with her even when I’m not injured has helped me improve in doing what I love like dancing or running.
I have worked with Jamie for years and she has completely changed my dancing and improved my flexibility! I cannot recommend her enough!!!!

Jaimie is a wealth of knowledge - from 1:1 sessions for me and my staff to advice on cross training and modifications for our dancers, I am so grateful to have EA in our community!
