Was just a drop in as I'm travelling. Notified them via Facebook for costs and times on Sunday night to get answers straight away for Mondays class. Great communication and the class was spot on for me. One of the best I've been to on my trips over the years and if I was a local I'd sign up!
Training under the watchful eye of Voula is a great way to start my day. She designs the workouts so each session you are completing different exercises, which keeps things fun and fresh. She offers encouragement, critique and pushes you when needed. I am enjoying these sessions more than I ever expected and my changing fitness/body is an added bonus. Voula is a professional trainer who is always looking to improve her craft and generously imparts her fitness and nutrition knowledge to her clients. Liz
