Recently joined. I go early mornings so not overly busy. Pros- great upper body machines and free weights DB, squat racks etc loads. Hammer strength plate loaded. Great massive functional / strongman area and a studio for classes. Friendly atmosphere. Got one of the best back workouts at this gym- spoilt for choice for what machines to use. racks and barbells good quality for bent over rows. I’ve been a member in other gyms before but never used them like I do EmpoweredFIT. There’s a great sense of community, encouragement and Hyrox classes are brilliant. I’m now even comfortable going to the gym myself, something I’d never have done before.
