Great gym for women of all ages!!
Y’all I love the personal training here! I have chronic back issues and have suffered with pain most of my adult life. I am still a very active person but found myself in need of some personal training to prep for an upcoming backpacking trip. I had 6 personal training session with Cassey to focus on hips/butt/thighs and agility. During the course of the training my pain vanished!!! No joke.
