Very frustrating experience. Multiple appointments for my son were canceled or rescheduled without my knowledge, and we even showed up once only to find out no one was there. Because of these scheduling issues, we were later told he could no longer have after-school appointments. Communication and reliability are critical when families are seeking mental health care for their children, and unfortunately that was not our experience here. I would not recommend this clinic.
I have had a really positive experience working with Madalyn Ringhand at Empowered Therapy. She brings a sense of humor and a fun personality that immediately puts you at ease. It takes me a while to trust people and she made me feel heard, understood, and supported without feeling judgement. The therapists that work here are incredibly skilled and compassionate. If you’re looking for a therapy clinic that blends professionalism with truly genuine care, I highly recommend Empowered Therapy.
Everyone has been very welcoming and supportive from the start! I love that I didn't have to talk to anyone on the phone to get started and the online scheduling for appointments.
