Coach Martinez is amazing with the kids. My son started the program at 3 thru his daycare. I would joke at graduation there was some sort of magic with having that many little ones mostly staying on their dots on the floor. My son is super hyper and coach is great with him. He is determined to stay with this until he gets his black belt. This program is awesome for little ones.
