5 stars is not enough for how AMAZING this gym is!!! If you’re looking for an all women’s gym that’s encouraging, uplifting, and challenging this gym is for you!! This gym is for all ranges of experience. The coaches are the BEST and our community is so lucky to have this gym.
Just joined at the beginning of summer and have enjoyed every minute of it! The coaches are knowledgeable, well-trained and bring so much energy to each class! Getting up early is worth it for the 5AM crew!
I was hooked after trying my first class! 7 months later and it's still one of my favorite parts of the day. The workouts are tough, but everyone is so encouraging and kind. I was intimidated to workout with others again, but felt right at home from the get go. Ashlee and Stevi have been amazing coaches for me, in the early morning class! There are multiple class time options and as a busy working mom myself, I'd recommend Empowered Hustle and Fitness to all women!
I've been with Ashlee since she started this amazing establishment back in May 2020. I truly can't say enough about how this gym has changed my life and continues to change it for the better. There have been a couple of times when I took a break or wanted to try something different, but I always make my way back because there's nowhere else I feel as empowered by such amazing women. Can't thank her enough for building this community.
The workouts kick your butt and are never boring! All the ladies are very encouraging no matter your current fitness level. I love starting my day here!
