Terry’s massage was excellent. I told him where I had the most discomfort, tense muscles, and he was able to reduce the tightness significantly.He also gave me simple exercises to do. Highly recommend.
GREAT KNOWLEDGE AND CARE.
Terry is awesome. He goes beyond just massaging out the stress and tension in your muscles and educates you on how you can improve your movement and feeling outside of the sessions. I would highly recommend visiting Terry if you are serious about improving your physical health.
Went to see Terry after a minor injury. I was used to going for a deep tissue massage to help relieve the tension and pain from continuous exercising and sports. However, Terry did a full assessment on my body movements and rotations, and focused primarily on the areas that needed improvement. He provided me with information that no other RMT has asked or assessed in treatments. Would 100% recommend him!
I’ve only been going to see Terry for a few weeks regarding issues I’ve been having knees but overall I’ve had a very good experience thus far and he’s done wonders with help me with recovery and building towards better injury prevention. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to his work and you can really tell that he cares about what he does and really cares for his clients as well with how well he engages with his cilents. Would definitely recommend him to anyone
