Das Hypnobreathwork mit Ege war ein extrem interessantes und heilsames Erlebnis. Es war mein erstes Mal und deshalb mit großer Aufregung verbunden, doch Ege hat uns sehr professionell durch die Sitzung geführt und sowohl davor eine Einführung als auch für das danach wertvolle Informationen gegeben. Ich kann sie jedem, der sich besser kennenlernen und seine Blockaden lösen möchte, wärmstens empfehlen. Man fühlt sich bei ihr sehr gut aufgehoben. Danke Ege, gerne immer wieder! ♥️✨🙏
We had a Quantum Breathwork & Ice Bath Experience with Ege. It was a powerful team bonding experience focused on mental health and connection. When you share a vulnerable experience with people, it will naturally make your bond stronger and you will feel a better sense of community with those people. Sharing this experience with our team definitely did that! Thank you Ege for this wonderful experience!
I was both curious and sceptical doing a zoom meeting with Ege. But in 10 minutes she showed me a truly beneficial way to deal with things like anxiety, depression, self judgement etc. I was quite frankly gobsmacked. It's not a quick fix bullet, but something to practice and get better at. It was wonderful. And there was no hard sell of something you need to buy, even though she has more things on offer. Give it a go, you most certainly have nothing to lose
