Worked out here during covid. Kept me fit (and safe) while I couldn't get to my regular gym. Was greatly appreciated!
I've been a member of Empowered Fitness Training for a couple of years now. I truly enjoy the upbeat, motivating environment that Jeff has created. Everyone is so kind, and I've loved learning more about strength training. I would recommend EFT to anyone in Kittitas County who is hoping to become stronger!
