Great classes...friendly atmosphere.....
I cannot recommend Empowered Fitness enough! The classes are fantastic and taught by highly knowledgeable trainers. They have created a supportive environment where I feel welcome and comfortable working toward my fitness goals. Definitely give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
