We had most of our house lights converted to down lights and loved their work. They did a fantastic job, were on time and very friendly and accommodating, and cleaned up as they went. We have their number now and will be using them for all our electrical needs.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Empowered Energy! We didn’t have to wait long for a quote (which was competitive, especially as we had three electricians turn up on the day!), or for the work to commence (we were prioritised even though they were flat out that week). They were also punctual with callbacks and appointment times. Would highly recommend Empowered Energy Group. We had two ceiling fans and four downlights installed across two rooms. Prior to install day, communication was clear and quick. Sally was fabulous with helping us with a selection of suitable fans for the spaces, as well as then directing us to a retailer that had the fans we had decided on at a good price.
