Zac and Jackson came out to do our annual air-conditioning service this month, they were really friendly, thorough, explained everything to us, and a great price.
Sally installed a new bathroom Tastic heater/fan for us - fantastic job, explained everything, left it all neat and tidy and best of all a great price!
Can’t recommend. I Left two lamps there for a month. Both of enormous sentimental value to me. I emailed and was told that they were ready for collection. When I arrived ( on the rare occasion the office was attended) both were lying in pieces on the work bench in pieces exactly where I left them 4 weeks earlier. Absolutely appalling performance. The electrician doesn’t even work on site. But the receptionist insisted they had been repaired. I cannot believe this experience frankly.
Affordable, honest service. Sally really listens to the customer’s needs and succeeds in making them work.
Their work is great when they are here but as they don't have an office person to co-ordinate/answer emails, they're definitely losing out. Unfortunately they're very slow with communication (still waiting for a job to be finished from February). Pity.
