Just stopped returning my calls and emails when trying to finalise a price and time to undertake the electrical work ☹️. So I can’t speak to the quality of their work.
We had Caitlin in to do a number of electrics tasks that had accumulated over the years in our home. She and the whole outfit were super professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with. From coming out to quote and doing the job - it was a 10/10.
Sally and Caitlin are so lovely, I wasn't sure how small a job they would do but they were more than happy to have a look at and then re-wire our very old Kenwood Stand-Mixer! Fixed it on the spot, incredibly affordable, and had a great chat at the same time!
We loved working with the team at Empowered Electrical for our business. Friendly, professional, and delivered exactly what we were after. We are thrilled with our new workspace.
