I have recently joint the Empowered Centre and am loving being part of community again, reconnecting, meeting new people and activating my body after a chronic illness.
I love this place. All the different classes available are so fun and keep the weekly routine enjoyable. Reformer and Cadillac reformer has been amazing. Bungy and the wall are so fun and such a challenge. My daughter loves Aerial Silks too. Great instructors and a great bunch of people who attend too.
The Reformer Pilates classes are awesome! Really supportive instructors who work with you to achieve your goals in class 10/10
Good instructors with high energy, very friendly and welcoming. Good to try different exercise classes before you commit
Such a positive and uplifting energy in this place. I left feeling sore and amazing.
