Dr. Toscano was great. Very relaxed. The office staff is very challenging to deal with. I originally saw Dr. Toscano on March 12th for a consult. They were going to submit my treatment plan to my insurance to determine coverage. It took them over a month to submit it. During my treatment, the in person who deals with billing and to scheduling was talking to Dr. Toscano about other cases and schedule.
