My best friend and I really enjoyed the aerial yin class at Empower Yoga. Tina was so friendly and accommodating. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Ladies!!!! If you have not been to Empower Yoga Benton YOU.NEED.TO.GO.ASAP!! I took the Ariel Yin class this afternoon and it was so fun and relaxing! Such a great atmosphere that truly calms you.. The owner, Tina is so sweet and helpful! It will definitely be added to my weekly to do list 🧘🏻♀️
After taking a kids camp one weekend, my little fell in love with this place - so much so that she wanted to have her birthday party there. Tina did not hesitate to accommodate us. The girls had time in the silks learning poses and even made a craft. The girls made bath tea bags and Tina took time to explain the different herbs and their uses. They all had so much fun! I have to say it was one of the best parties we have had!
I have suffered with slipped discs in my back and I had to quit working out. It’s been over three years so I went to the aerial yoga. I did not have one issue with my back. I immediately registered for every class I could. Tina is an amazing instructor and the classes are very small and intimate. She modifies each move for new and advanced clients. I’m so glad I found this place. 10 out of 10 recommendation from me! “Namaste” 🧘♀️
