They did a closing for buyers of our property on Friday 4/23/21. As of today, Monday, 4/26/2021 we, the sellers have not received out funds. The funds were supposed to be wire transferred on Friday. Empower Title gives one excuse after another as to why the transfer did not happen while promising the transfer would be done by the end of Friday and now today (Monday), but still nothing. Also, the don’t communicate internally. I will never use them or recommend them. Their service, and lack of professionalism is horrible.
Very accommodating hardworking people. I enjoyed working with them.
