An amazing experience, even if you're not an athlete! I work a physical job where I stand and move heavy objects all day, building stress in my back and other support muscles. I had an excellent session with Emily where we talked about my areas of concern and she was very communicative and thorough through the whole appointment. Highly recommend for anyone with muscle strain or pain.

Seriously had the best massage of my life with Emily at Empower Sports Massage and Body Work. She was able to alleviate my discomfort literally before my first session was even over. She also has a great energy / vibe about her that makes the whole experience really wonderful. Highly rec. Will def be going back regularly.

Emily is beyond incredible!! I had the pleasure of meeting her about a year ago and have been getting sports massages from her as often as I can! You can tell she is extremely passionate and devoted to her work- and it truly shows. I had an issue with my left shoulder and after our first session I immediately noticed less pain and increased mobility. Emily is also a great conversationalist and curates some incredible playlists!! I cannot recommend Emily enough!
