The physical equipment is rusting after a year. Empower says it’s not covered by SunPower.
We went with Empower because we liked the sales lady Tracy & everything seemed to make sense with the products from Sunpower. Install went well & then downhill from there with customer service. Our backup batteries never really worked properly & we were still getting high FPL bills. We called & emailed & got the run around. Again, we are 1 year out & battery issues over & over again. They did a great job installing the system. Service was great for a while, then started to slack off. Have a problem with battery not storing energy. Found out the place is out of business as of June! Have to wait for Sunpower to replace dealer to get problem fixed.
Company has gone out of business. Have had numerous issues with the instillation.
Panels do exactly as they claimed. Excellent service. I am producing more electric than I use.
